"Saved The Day"
Hailey absolutely saved the day. We ended up having to fire our first wedding coordinator about 7 weeks before the wedding, which was absolutely panic inducing. I found Hailey online in a frantic search and she was so kind and helpful. She jumped into gear for us and truly went above and beyond. She knew our venue so incredibly well, thought of so many things I didn’t even think of, and we ended up having a seamless wedding. I cannot recommend Hailey enough. She is truly professional, organized, and a great communicator (which is absolutely what you need out of a day of coordinator). My only regret is not hiring her first.

There are things you’ll never consider, things you won’t want to deal with in the middle of the ceremony, and things you probably don’t want to know about that go on behind the scenes. To this day we have friends come up to us and say something like, “Did you know that your planner did _____, and _____, and _____? She totally kicked ass!” Her rates are incredibly reasonable, and I can confidently say that she cared about our wedding as much as we did. (Maybe more!)

I hired Hailey very last minute as I began to panic about me being the only one making decisions on my wedding day and not being able to enjoy my wedding day. I absolutely love and recommend this company! The price was so affordable and Hailey even was so flexible after a personal occurrence and was very supportive. Her communication and leadership is impressive. She took care of everything and my only job was to enjoy my wedding. "Best Decision we Could have made!"
She did such an excellent job! We planned our wedding from afar and she was really helpful in coordinating all the vendors and making sure everything was ready for the big day. I was impressed by her professionalism and attention detail from our initial prep phone call. I loved that she thought of things I had not even thought about and made sure I had everything in order prior to the wedding. She was on top of it the whole time and made sure everything flowed nicely. It gave us such peace of mind to know that she was taking care of everything and it really allowed us to enjoy our day. She was also very flexible and super helpful. I highly, highly recommend her!!
